New Client Policy
New clients who schedule with our office will be subject to a pre-payment of $78 for outpatient appointments to reserve their appointment slot. New clients who miss their appointment without 24 hours advance notice are considered a No Show and will forfeit their pre-payment amount. If an appointment falls on a Monday or day after holiday, a message left via voicemail or clinic communication app will qualify as adequate notice. This fee will not be submitted to insurance nor used towards future service.
This policy has been established in order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our patients. By providing us notice of cancellation, we may be able to accommodate other patients with the appointment slot. We do understand that emergencies arise and that it may not be possible to give such a notice. Exceptions to the No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy will be determined by the Provider management.

Outside Pharmacies
As of January 2020, we no longer approve pharmacy requests from unaffiliated online pharmacies. We do not approve prescriptions via phone, email, or fax. If you plan on ordering your pet's medications or preventatives online please let us know so we may prepare a written prescription.
