(All examinations are by appointment only. Please call to schedule.) GENERAL PHYSICAL EXAM - SICK EXAMS* - $80.00 - $100.00 Includes a full nose-to-tail examination performed by one of the Veterinarians on our staff. Price varies based on the complexity of the case. SAME DAY URGENT CARE EXAM - $100.00 Includes a full nose-to-tail examination preformed by one of the Veterinarian on our staff. This charge is reserved for same-day urgent care appointments for situations that are not life threatening but cannot wait longer than a couple of days to address. EMERGENT EXAM - $120.00 Includes a full nose-to-tail examination preformed by one of the Veterinarians on our staff. This charge is reserved for emergency appointments and is subject to be charged at the discretion of the Veterinarian day of. Please note: We are not an emergency clinic, and may refer you to a local ER for extreme cases. BEHAVIORAL CONSULATION - $95.00 - $105.00 Includes a one on one conversion to evaluate all of your behavioral concerns with your pet. Price varies based on the complexity of the case. RECHECK PHYSICAL EXAM - $50.00 Includes a nose-to-tail examination performed by one of the Veterinarians on our staff for a recurring issue that we have already addressed in the past 30 days. TECHNICIAN APPOINTMENT - $25.00 Any visit to our clinic that does not require a Veterinarian consult is subject to a technician appointment fee. ALL ABOVE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND ARE UP-TO-DATE AS OF 1/29/25. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL THE SAME DAY OF THE PROCEDURE. |

(May be part of a doctors exam, or subject to a Technician appointment) NAIL TRIMS - $10.00 - 40.00 Includes a nail trim with 1 or more of our trained staff. NAIL TRIM & NAIL CAP APPLICATION - $69.00 Includes a nail trim with 1 or more of our trained staff and the application of nail caps. ANAL GLAND EXPRESSION - $38.00 Includes expression of both anal glands by 1 or more of trained staff. EAR CLEANING - $25.75 Includes cleaning of both ears by 1 or more of trained staff. FECAL SCREENING - $41.20-$66.00 Includes screening of fecal sample by 1 or more of trained staff for the presence of intestinal parasites. 4Dx HEARTWORM SCREENING - $67.77 Includes a blood draw and screening for Heartworms, Lyme Disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasmosis FELINE TRIPLE (FELV/FIV/HEARTWORM) SCREENING - $69.74 Includes a blood draw and screening for Heartworms, FELV, and FIV. ALL ABOVE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND ARE UP-TO-DATE AS OF 1/29/25. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL THE SAME DAY OF THE PROCEDURE. |
*All new clients who schedule with our office will be subject to a pre-payment of $80-$100 for appointments to reserve their appointment slot. New clients who miss their appointment without 24 hours advance notice are considered a No Show and will forfeit their pre-payment amount. If an appointment falls on a Monday or day after holiday, a message left via voicemail or clinic communication app will qualify as adequate notice. This fee will not be submitted to insurance nor used towards future service.
This policy has been established in order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our patients. By providing us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, we may be able to accommodate other patients with the appointment slot. We do understand that emergencies arise and that it may not be possible to give such a notice. Exceptions to the No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy will be determined by the Provider management.*
